Tom earned his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and served on the executive board of the Brooklyn Law School Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society. During law school, he served as a mediator for New York State Small Claims Court, where he achieved a 100% success rate in helping adversaries reach settlements.

Prior to joining The Franchise Firm, Tom was a law clerk to the Honorable Barry E. Warhit in the Second Department of the New York State Appellate Division. Having seen “behind the curtain” in the decision-making process of judicial panels assessing appeals, Tom brings a unique understanding of how to effectively and convincingly advocate for his clients.
