Samantha Hirsch is Counsel at The Franchise Firm LLP, specializing in drafting, editing, and negotiating commercial lease agreements. Ms. Hirsch’s practice includes advising clients throughout all stages of commercial lease negotiations and immediately following commercial lease execution. In her free time, Samantha enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and friends and loves spending time with animals. Samantha has two cats of her own and has spent time fostering dogs in need.
Prior to joining The Franchise Firm LLP, Ms. Hirsch was an associate at an AM
Law 200 national firm practicing commercial leasing and franchise law. Ms.
Hirsch's specialty is representing franchisee tenants in lease reviews and
negotiations. She has represented hundreds of franchisee tenants from the
letter of intent stage to closing in a variety of franchise systems including
Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Handels, and other national franchise brands.
Ms. Hirsch graduated from University of South California's Gould School of Law
with her LL.M. in International Business and Economic Law in December 2022.
Prior to her attendance at USC, Ms. Hirsch graduated from Nova Southeastern
University Shepard Broad College of Law in May 2020. Preceding that role, she
served as a law clerk during her final 3L semester with the firm as well.
During her time in law school, Ms. Hirsch served as the 2L and 3L
representative for the Transactional Law Practice Group and was a member of
the Moot Court Society, winning first place in the 2018 1L Feinrider Moot
Court Competition. Further, during her second semester of her 3L year in law
school, Ms. Hirsch served as a law clerk with the firm.
Prior to law school, Ms. Hirsch received her bachelor's degree from Rollins
College, majoring in International Business, with a minor in French.
