We formed THE FRANCHISE FIRM™ with a view to disrupt the traditional law model to better address the needs of the modern franchise company, franchise owners, individuals, business owners, pre-franchise companies, franchise investors, and franchise searchers. We do this first and foremost by bringing our own expertise as franchise professionals and creative-thinking entrepreneurs. Our goal is to serve as legal partners to our clients with cost-efficiency, price transparency, and business-forward strategic thinking. We are deal makers, not deal breakers.
