Natalie Restivo is a Founding Partner at The Franchise Firm who focuses her practice on advising startup, emerging, and established franchise brands in all facets of franchisor representation including FDD drafting and updates, state registrations, and general compliance matters. When not in the office, Natalie enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her daughter, and taking long walks with her dog Bella.

Natalie has extensive experience with providing franchise legal services to franchisors including drafting and reviewing Franchise Disclosure Documents, Franchise Agreements, Multi-Unit Development Agreements and Area Representative Agreements. Natalie regularly provides franchisors with regulatory guidance on state and federal registrations and franchise document updates.

In addition to her franchise transactional work, Natalie has expertise in assisting franchise clients with commercial lease reviews and negotiations and assisting franchisors and franchisees with dispute resolution.

Prior to becoming a Founding Partner at The Franchise Firm, Natalie was a Senior Counsel in the Franchise Law Practice Group of an Am Law 200 law firm serving franchisor clients across the country. Before that, Natalie was an associate at Wasch Raines LLP, a franchise boutique law firm based in Boca Raton, Florida.

Natalie earned her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. During law school, she was a law clerk for a prominent franchise law firm and was a recipient of a Law Merit Scholarship. One of Natalie’s top priorities is maintaining a balanced life and spending lots of time with her family and friends. She lives in a small town with her husband and young daughter. Natalie loves to travel, explore new places and have weekend adventures with her family. Natalie is barred in Florida.
