Adam G. Wasch

Adam is a Founder Partner of The Franchise Firm. Adam is a franchise attorney who works with the fastest growing franchise brands in all capacities including FDD drafting and updates, franchise compliance matters, franchise mergers and acquisitions, franchise dispute resolution, trademark registrations, brand protection and strategic growth strategies. Using this experience of launching and representing over 100 brands, Adam also assists franchise searchers, private equity groups, franchise developers and individual franchisees with due diligence on FDD reviews, counseling, and negotiations with established and emerging franchise brands.

Adam advises and counsels franchisors around the country in all industries including quick service restaurants, health and wellness, pet care, education, youth sports, home services, and fitness. Adam also represents multi-unit franchise owners, private equity groups, area representatives, and prospective franchisees. Adam is an active member of the ABA Forum on Franchise on the Marketing Committee and is regularly sought after by media outlets and on social media to discuss the franchise industry.

Prior to founding The Franchise Firm, Adam was the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Wasch Raines LLP, a franchise law boutique firm based in Boca Raton, and more recently served as the Co-Chair of the Franchise Law Practice Group at an Am Law 200 law firm. Adam taught Franchise Law at FIU College of Law last Fall as an Adjunct Professor and enjoys traveling, watching sports, hanging out with his family and friends, and talking to people about the franchise industry. Adam is admitted in Florida and the District of Columbia.
